This is Bluejacket’s first coolship beer. Draft at Funk Asheville 2015. Slightly hazy golden color, fluffy white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of vanilla, vinous grapes, fresh straw, light barnyard. Taste is funky and vinous, sweet white wine candy. One of the best beers at the festival.
