Pours a lightly hazy, gold-peach color, with smallish head. Aroma is lemon and ginger, some other wheat esters. Flavor is lemon and ginger. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.

Winter 2026 can, drunk 1/6/26.
Big, spicy lemon oil and ginger combo is fresh and authentic. Some lightly sweet, honey-like maltiness behind it with a touch of rustic wheat. Very zesty and aromatic.
Zesty again in flavor with big lemon-ginger notes and even more wheat character. The wheat keeps the acidity in check while providing a substantial body, though the beer is nice and dry and remains extremely refreshing while being extremely flavorful.
