Ryelark is a Rye IPA that pours a reddish-orange hue with waves of foam that crest above the glass. Subtle notes of malty caramel and peppery spice create a base for a trio of hand-selected hops. Chinook and Cascade lend notes of fresh citrus peel, pine resin, and earthy hops, while Amarillo brings the aroma of peach and lemon candy.

The best part of being out on the water is the friends and family you bring along for the ride. There were mornings on the lake where the quiet rushed in at the cut of the engine and endless sunsets where laughter echoed across the lake. Eventually the memories flood together and the years become less defined and more of a shared feeling. As we look out on a familiar shore, with eyes not so different than those that came before us, we realize there are some things time has no power over.

Winter 2026 can drunk 1/2/26, as pictured.
Red fruits, slight caramel and hard candy with an afterthought of pine and old school boiled hops. Other than the slight resinous edge, it smells pretty good. Some floral/perfumey/spicy rye is noted, too.
Nice and chewy rye-based body with sweet, fruity, almost watermelon-like juiciness and a pinch of spice on the finish. No big resin, though there's a good deal of grapefruit rind and pine in the flavor. Nice and drinkable on account of the round, fluffy texture and sumptuous, not-over-caramelled maltiness. Really nice balance and excellent flavor with ample but not-overdone bitterness.
