On tap @TreeRock, 12oz goblet. Not quite clear, yellow gold, slightly bubbly. Pineapple-ish nose. Sweet Tarts. Yeasty, floral, gummies. Sharp, tart, lingering soft pith. Lemon, acrid apple, soap, core. A bit sour. Not quite dry, dusty with a tiny bit of body. Mellow to moderate carbonation. Above average abv. Solid.

On tap at the brewpub it is a cloudy light golden yellow color with no head. The aroma is unusual almost like apple cider vinegar. The taste Isthat of apples with hints of cinnamon

On draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy pale gold with a thin white head. Spicy nose. Flavors of applesauce with cinnamon.

Draft at the source. Cloudy golden color, still. Aroma of pure apple flesh. Taste is fresh apple. Decent.

Brewvival 2015 Trip Beer #4. Keg at the cidery. Pours a hazy pale golden. Aroma of dry apples. The taste is dry apples, vanilla, mild hay and floral notes. Dry overall, medium bodied, refreshing.
