On tap at the source. Medium gold & almost settled. Earthy, tom yum soup herbal, caramelized sugar. Taste is sweet & heavy lemon oil, slight lemongrass funk, basic semisweet apple. Better than expected.

On tap at the brewery it is a hazy light golden cot with no head. The aroma is sour apple the taste is strong sour apple flavor

On draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy pale gold with a thin white head. Aroma of lemon grass and honey. Crisp finish.

Draft at the source. Cloudy golden color, still. Aroma is very floral. Taste has fresh apple flesh, very dry finish. Nice.
