On tap @ TreeRock. Half tour. Jellied pale gold. Clove-y, bitter apple & saline nose. Taste is yeasty, ginger, cedar, salad & bitter green apples. Finishes somewhat dry. Hidden abv, watery as lots of their ciders are. Okay to good.

On draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy pale gold with a thin white head. Aroma of peppermint. Flavors of minty apples. Crisp dry finish.

Draft at the source. Cloudy pale yellow color white fluffy head that settles quickly. Aroma of tart pear and apple. Taste is sweeter, very fruity, soft carbonation. Nice mouthfeel.
