5oz pour at the source. Hazy orange/yellow pour with a dab of head. Big fresh cut mint & muddled sugar nose. Bright mint & freshly sweet, barely fermented watermelon juice that lingers. They back-sweeten sometimes. Saline finish, lots of acid & decently tart, fuzzy finish. Good.

At the brewpub it is a cloudy light gold color the aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet apple cider with a kick at the finish

On draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy pale gold with a thin white head. Herbal nose. Flavors of mint and watermelon. Crisp dry finish.

Draft at the source. Cloudy yellow, still. Aroma of tart apples and pear skin. Taste is tart, dry, fruity.
