Odkvašeno limitovanou edicí kvasnic Lallemand Aurora určených pro styl Northern IPA. Použili jsme pouze ječné slady, přesto díky studenému chmelení během aktivní fermentace, kdy dochází k biotransformaci, bylo dosaženo jemného zákalu, který přibližuje západní přísně chmelená piva směrem na severovýchod a vytváří tak hořké, suché a šťavnaté pivo.

Fermented with the limited-edition Lallemand Aurora strain, designed specifically for Northern-style IPAs. Brewed exclusively with barley malt, yet gently hazed through active-fermentation hopping that encourages biotransformation. The result bridges the gap between classic West Coast clarity and the juicy leanings of the Northeast — a dry, assertively bitter and brightly aromatic Northwest IPA.

10.1.2026. Tap at Drinkoteka (pic). Med bod, med carbo. Med bitter, med zesty, light sweet. Overall quite zesty citrusy, a bit of classic NEIPAish fruity mud. Okay, not great, not terrible. 7,1.
24.4.2026. Tap at Lya Beer Cafe. Med-thin bod, med-light carbo. Med sour, med-light zesty and sweet. Shitloads of tangerine, little else to be found here. Juicy, tasty, good, only a bit single dimensional. 7,2.

Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma of tropical fruits with mango, passiin fruits. Taste is bit thin and watery with oranges, tangerines, zest, passion fruit.

# 4860; 1/2026. Fruity, citrus, pomelo, mint aroma. Murky yellow body, white head. Fruity, citrus, pomelo, herbal, dry finish. Medium body, medium carbonation. Very good IPA. 0,3 l, drauht, craft-beer bar (Drinkoteka), Prague.

0.5l can from Drinkoteka, shared in Pilsen. Murky yellow body, fleeting off-white head. Creamy aroma, minty brown sugar mostly. Lean, dry, herbal, lightly vegetal, definitely citric taste, fresh, okay, nothing too thrilling, but a fun attempt.
