Tropické ovoce calamansi – malý citrusový plod z Filipín, chuťově na pomezí limetky, mandarinky a kumquatu – jsme spojili se sladkokyselým malinovým pyré. V tomto vydání jsme kyselost zjemnili, aby lépe seděla zimnímu období, působila kulatěji a dobře se párovala s jídlem. Skvěle funguje například s krémovými sýry, pečenou drůbeží nebo pálivými asijskými pokrmy.

Med-thin bod, med carbo. Med sour, med-light sweet. A good combo of lactic-fruity acids, light yogurty funk present too, which is nice. Deffo more kalamansi than raspberry, could use more of the latter. Good tho, easy drinking.

Tap at NaPalmě. Hazy salmon red body, off-whtie head. Good citric notes, some berries, light phenolic touches, okay. Lean, sweetish berry taste, bit citric, lightly minty, nice body overall. Good one.
