Draft. Clear amber color, small white head. Aroma of citrus and light spice. Taste has biscuit, light fruit, subtle spice. OK.

Lots of citrus and some bitter rye. Pours dark amber with decent head. Bitter finish. Decent balance and easy drinking. Tap at right proper.

Sampled at Big Hunt DC pours a mostly red with some rocky, lacing white head. Nose is a mix of grist and earthy notes with citrus, pine, dried orange, a hint of toast. Flavor follows some bread crust, a little malt, some toffee, orange, mild herbs, some soap, pine. Medium bodied, crisp finish.

Draught at Oliver Twist. Pours a copper brown with a light tan head and aroma of malt and rye. Taste is of rye, caramel, bread, and roasted malt with a somewhat hoppy, bitter finish.

16 oz pour on draft at Big Hunt for the Brooklyn Meet The Brewer event. Served in a standard pint glass. Clear amber with off-white head. Aromas of rye, citrus, spices. Tastes of big rye, grapefruit citrus, biscuit, spices, light caramel. Medium body with a dry finish. Very nice if you like rye beers.

Keg at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear copper colour, mid sized head. Pear and husky bread up front. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Sugar, rye bread, pears and citrus. Piney bitter finish.
