Draft. Hazy golden color, medium white head. Aroma of citrus, straw, white pepper. Taste is citrusy, light grapefruit, light bitterness.

Sampled at Meridian Pint, pours a hazy gold with some lacing, white head. Nose is Kolsch-y to a point, straw, malt, perfume, mild yeast. Flavor has lemon, perfume, yeast, spicy finish. Why not just back the ABV down and make this a straight forward Kolsch?
