Druh piva, na který jsme možná už skoro zapomněli. Lehký American Pale Ale bez studeného chmelení, zato s pořádnou dávkou chmele do whirlpoolu. Použili jsme starosvětské americké chmely Centennial, Chinook a Amarillo, které dodávají typickou vůni jehličí, grapefruitu a dalších hořkých citrusů. Pitelnost je na prvním místě.
A style of beer we may have almost forgotten. A light American Pale Ale, with no dry hopping but a generous whirlpool hop addition instead. We used classic old-school American hops Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo, delivering the familiar aromas of pine needles, grapefruit, and other bitter citrus notes. Drinkability comes first.

C: clear gold, small ivory head
N: restrained, pilsner like kops
P: light to med bodied, bitter, hoppy, light malt. Doesn't taste like APA, more of an IPL leaning toward lager/pilsner notes.

Can. Golden color with medium white head. Not very pleasant aroma with malt, strange hops. Taste is hop centered with citrus, zest, some artifitial notes. Not ver y good.

Very thin, watery. No body, no malt. Med-light carbo. Lack of hops too, the actual hops do not come through, instead there is a grassy, earthy, a bitgrapey dankish zealandy character. Weird, nonclean hops-wise. Drinkable though.

Tap at the Sibeeria Taproom. Clear pale golden body, off-white head. Herbal hoppy notes come first in the aroma, along with lychee and yellow fruit, some floral notes and low sulfur. Madium-light body, smooth, citric, lychee notes, herbal hops, low bitterness. Simple, nice, bit flat, almost juicy... I dig it!
