Huge, slightly yellowish head, stable, over lively carbonated veiled yellow beer, leaving textbook lacerings. Straw, dried herbs and exotic fruit, citruspeel a mile out. Quite a bit of ureum. Bitterish exotic fruit, dried pineapple minus the sugars. Dried herbs & leaves. Certain tongueside tartness. Very well-carbonated, hopoil-dry. Medium bodied. Very good IPA! Best of Sofia so far, easily.

Hazy yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma is juicy and fruity with flavour of orange peel and pineapple nice crispy fresh taste and smooth mild bitter finish.
