Lemon, tapioca underneath. Milky yellow, medium head. Super sour, lemon-lime, spruce accents. Lactic finish. Light body, easy carbonation. Absolutely wonderful!

On tap at Pizza Paradiso - DuPont Circle. Light golden, semi fizzy, tart, but not overly done. Light bodied, with some lingering tartness, Pretty good adaptation of the Berliner weisse style.

Full pint pour at The Big Hunt. Poured a hazy golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was some light Berliner notes, light tartness, some sour doughy notes. Grain. A very mild touch of rye. Flavor is similar, pleasant, easy drinking Berliner, with a touch of dusty lemon with only a hint of rye spice in the finish.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of lemon, floral notes, funk. Tastes of lemon lime citrus, floral notes, light funk, herbs, bitter notes. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Not very berliner-y to me.

On tap at RFD, pours a hazy, very light yellow with some clingy, white head. Nose is very weak, some lemon, a little Vitamin C, some wet bread, but not too much. Flavor is just lemon and Vitamin C. Watery finish.

Draft at the source. Hazy to cloudy golden yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma has lemon, raw bread dough, light spice. Taste is softly sour and earthy lemon. Tasty.

Good Berliner. Hazy golden pour. Rye does well here - at least I can’t tell the difference between it and a regular Berliner. Some citrus and lots of yeast. Some oaky astringency in finish. Tap at meridian pint.
