There’s definitely a direct correlation between craft beer and nostalgia. Whether it’s because we’re inherently a generation that pines for the good old days of yesteryear, or there being endless resource for us to look back on things with childlike fondness, we’re all about hitting those pangs of childhood nostalgia here at Polly’s HQ.
Midnight Whisper is no stranger to that bright-eyed and bushy tailed nostalgia – taking inspiration from the same chocolate mum would sneak away in front of the TV on a Saturday evening, this beer is a rich and decadent treat of a beer – utilising cacao nibs, cocoa husks, walnuts, fresh madagascan vanilla, and a lashing of lactose to play against the ultra-silky malt bill on this beer; containing no less than seven specialty malts to bring all those sweet chocolate notes to the party.

3/1/2026. Can at Polly’s Kesgrave beer share, courtesy of ITFCfan. Good pour. Nice nutty, chocolate, caramel, coffee, cookie aroma. Quite sweet, moderate toasted bitterness. Medium body, smooth, average carbonation. Enjoyable.
