Negroni cocktail inspired fruit ale
Často to pro mě bývá poslední drink večera. Ta intenzivní, hořká chuť spláchne všechny radosti i strasti celého dne. V tomhle fruit "ejlu" jsem se pokusil využít suroviny používáné pro výrobu jednotlivých komponent - ginu, bitteru a negroni - a že jich není málo!
Included wheat malt, barley malt, orange juice, orange puree, red grape juice, tangerine puree, orange peel, hibiscus flower, dandelion flower, juniper, quinine, lavender, rosemary, coriander seed, hops, vanilla paste, pepper, bitter orange oil.

Tap at Kegzistence. Hazy dark orange body, ivory head gone soon. Heaps of tart citric, lemony aroma, low low coffee. Lean, dry, lightly tart and bitter lemon-grapefruit-tangerine taste with herbal bitterness. Quinine? Sure. Kinda nice, kinda not. Still, works.
