Fruity in fragrance, this sake has a delightful rich body and smooth taste. This floral, earthy sake can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature and will pair with seafood or fried-tofu dishes. Excellent for pairing with fine Japanese cuisine such as sashimi, tofu dishes, and lightly flavored sauteed poultry, beef and vegetables. Glass/jar. Bought at a Sushibar in Nørre Alle Århus. Clear as water. Powerfull nice marcipan aroma and flavor. Average nice finish. Oily palate. Refreshing and nice. Not as alcoholic at expected.
