Many thanks to weihenweizen for bringing this 75cl bottle to Europe. Smooth dry beginning. Not as complex or deep as the diamon-version. A bit harsh in the end, hints of alcohol and very fragile dry. Smooth mild, fruity with a dry and somehow herbal bitter strange ending. Nice drinkable neutral in the aftertaste with hints of alcohol in the back.

Shared with Erzengel! A clear slightly yellowish colorless Sake. Aroma of mild sweet and dry yellow fruits. Taste of moderate sweet strong yellow fruits, yeast, boozy finish.
