Clear light yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy rice, pineapple, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, pineapple, fruity, alcohol, rice, sugary pineapple, complex. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140316]

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours clear pale golden. I’m not really a big fan of sake. Light pineapple. Another rice wine. Boozy.
