Bottle at home #5 Taru rate yippee and seeing this has so many rates surprisingly haven’t come across before. Light yellow tinged pour. Nose is musty cedar and some honey. Tastes of faint cedar, grainy, melon, pepper, honey, some alcohol. Not particularly smooth. Spice on finish.

Taster at the brewery. Round, mellow, nice flavor and the cedar doesn’t take over everything as much as in some Taru sake. You can still taste the rice. Nice enough.
