ABV: 17.0%. Clear light light light yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy rice, alcohol. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, alcohol, rice, honey sweetness, late finish is dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140316]

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours clear pale golden. I’m not really a big fan of sake. Light pineapple maybe? Rice wine.

bottle at home ... lightest yellow .... soft sweet earthy rice ... soft fruits nose... light umami mushroom that builds... I REALLY DONT LIKE aged sakes
