Draft. Hazy to cloudy yellow color, thick white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of banana and lemon bubblegum. Taste is similar.

On draft at the Wyoming Brewers Festival in Cheyenne 2015. Pours a cloudy gold with an off white head. Light toast flavors.

At the Wyoming beer fest it is a cloudy golden color with a white head. The aroma is malty with overtones of coriander. The taste is strong bitter sweet flavor that finishes with a bitter foniish

On tap @ Snowbank Brewing Fort Collins. Milky yellow orange appearance with a white head. The aroma is spicy / peppery with some clove, pear, apple, and citrus. Moderately high carbonation. Pretty bitter and soapy hops in the mouth. Fairly low sweetness. Some banana and orange. A lot of spicy yeast in the mouth along with a hint of mint. The bitterness is too high and a little too floral as well but it kind of grew of me. Update: tried a few times now and it’s really grown on me. Raising this 3.1-3.4.
