300ml bottle from Lidl, Darlington. Pours clear with no head, aroma of rice, hint of melon, boozy. Taste is sweetish, with rice, toffee & caramel notes and warming grassy alcohol. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying warm finish. Quite OK.

Bottle 720ml. @ [ T.S.H.R.B.G.S.C.S.M.T (The Second Handrup RateBeer Gathering Special Cider Sake Mead Tasting) - Ebeltoft ].

Clear crystial clear water colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate rice, almond, alcohol. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sharp, alcohol, rice, rice boiling water. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is sharp alcoholic. [20120414]

Bottle. Clear colour. Some week almond aroma. Light marcipan/almond flavor. Average finish. Oily palate. not a good sake but still an ok futsu.

Clear as water. Aroma is sweet, cooked rice and alcohol. Flavor is very sweet. Very sweet finish with burning alcohol. Watery. 140412

bottle at home ... from local chinesse supermarket ... clear ... soft dry rice nose ...thiner tthan my last one ... very ricy ... alcohol present and while not rought rougher than the previuos one ... rough up front but mellower in linger ... this one is melower when warmed... def prfer this warm
