Bottled@SBWF2014. Very much see through clean water colour with no head. Aroma is grapes, citrus, some sweet rice, mild alcohol. Flavour is mild alcohol, some rice, citrus, grapefruits and mild floral notes. Quite a delicate and fresh Saké.

Clear & still. I need to buy myself a thesaurus.
Starchy sweet scent. Barely fruity. Tangy.
Taste is of cream. Subtle smokiness. Stone pit bitterness. Acidy, green finish.
