Very dry sake. Medium-bodied sake with tantalizing fruit flavors and a pleasant earthiness on the mid-palate. Hints of mineral on the very dry finish. Best served slightly chilled and is wonderful with all types of meat.
Rice: Gohyaku-mangoku 60%
NIHONSHU-DO (Dryness) : + 15

Bottle at home. Pours clear with slight haze. Nose is light melon and rubbing alcohol. Tastes of vanilla, papaya, melon, earthy bitterness, some brine, rice, and alcohol. Palate is hot and harsh. This is fighting sake.
