Poured a medium dark brown color with a small, creamy off-white, light tan head. Aroma was roast, spicy grain, rye. Flavor was some chewy, chocolate malts. Decent stuff.

Some rye, and some caramel. Easy drinking and inoffensive, if nothing super interesting. Bottle.

On tap at the brewery. Dark copper appearance with a brown head. Aroma is nutty, spicy, and full of caramel. Carbonation is soft, almost like a nitro brew. Moderately sweet. Chewy. Caramel, toffee, and pecans. Luckily not as awful as the previous three that I tried but it’s also not something I’d ever think of repeat ordering.

On draft At the brewpub in Lander it is a cloudy amber color with an ecru head. The aroma is malty and taste is a strong bitter flavor of malt and some spices I can’t discern.
