Issho-bin. Rather thin appearance. Fruity aroma with cedar and rice. Straightforward. Spicy, fruity flavor with citrus and vanilla. A nice, full-flavored sake. Pretty good for a futshu-shu. Makes a decent, rounded, spicy atsukan as well.
