300 ml bottle from the brewery.
Thin orange-pink color. Strong sake aroma, rice, sake yeast, spices, with a bit of fruity ume in the background. Flavor is also a clear mix of sake and ume. Clean, not so sweet, with sour plum, caramel, rice. Clean and light, with the sake flavor distinctly remaining. A very nicely drinkable and light infusion. Not really surprising or moving, but well done.
