Crystia lclear colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy rice, sweet rice, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20110416]

Bottle. A clear, almost colorless sake. Rice cooking water and alcohol dominates the aroma, with some fruityness. The flavor is a bit heavy on the alcohol and rice, but there’s some fruityness too. Yellow apples and pears too. Warming and full-bodied. A bit too warming and ricey for my likings, but it’s far from bad eventhough. 110416
