Bottle at Kanpai, Bermondsey. Aroma had fruit and nuts. Boozy edge.Clear fold. No head. Warming nutty booze. Underlying veg. Light. Thin. Flat carbonation. Long astringent finish. Boozy but uninteresting.

--Bottled at Koie Ramen Munch, Oslo. -- Clear pale yellow. Aroma of burnt rice. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Toasted rice, mild salmiak and earthyness. Warming finish.

Huge roasted rice aroma-crazy! Smells like a yaki onigiri--a grilled rice ball. Need chopsticks for this? Roasty rice flavor like the burnt okoge when roasted in an iron kettle. Nice sour, funky edge as well. Very original.
