This premium sake is made from pure Ontario spring water specially selected for its similarity to the famous Fushimi water of Japan’s sake district in Kyoto, 100% handmade using classical Japanese techniques reserved for only the finest sakes.

Special Edition "Demodori Musume" is the very first batch of of sake made at Ontario Spring Water Company. Loosely translated into english as "the daughter who returned home", the sake’s fresh and fruity flavour was in part created by the ferments’s recovery from an unexpected chill during production.
