Tasting notes: Elegantly fragrant sake with a hint of green apple. Smooth in character and excellent in body that pleasantly coats the mouth in flavour. Excellent for the fine sushi and sashimi, freshly chilled vegetable dishes, and poultry lightly seasoned with Japanese pepper (shichimi, sansho, etc.) or citrus (lemon, yuzu, etc.).

Bottled (from Alko Prisma Kivihaka, Vaasa). Very pale with no head. Aroma is fruits, mild frutis, alcohol as well as some mild alcohol and earthyness. Flavour is boiled rice, alcohol, some mild fruits and floral notes along with some hints of juniper. This is nicely balanced both cold and warm.
