180 ml cup from Ponshu-kan. Ricy, caramel nose, rich, creamy, pudding, with a touch of stewed fruit and some alcohol burn. Slight yellow-green tint, clear. Sweet and fruity, big rice, peaches, melon, caramel and vanilla. Pronounced heat. Tasty junmai that does indeed show off the rice flavors. Nice tropical acidity in the finish.
