Bottle at home my 5th infused rating so figured make it a high end one. Pours light pink like seriously diluted cranberry juice. Nose is fine sake rice, melon, amd faint plum. There is no sugar added to this like most Umeshu which I appreciate since I dislike syrupy fruit sugar bombs. Tastes of actual plums perhaps not quite ripe, also some honey dew, rice, cranberry. Lingering fruit on the lips. No alcohol presence.
