One cup in hotel room Oxford... Thanks to kyotoleftie... Clear... Tiny yellow hints.. Soft dry rice nose.. Soft rice.. Unusual Light banana hints.. Soft pineapple.. Quite sweet

1 Cup 180 ml from Isetan for my 500th sake rating. Maybe I should have went for something a little more special but hey, it was in the frig and I was thirsty. Pours clear, oily, with a slight, just a slight, yellowish tint. Rich rice nose, a bit phenolic, stone fruits, orange. Rich rice flavor, quite fruity, a bit spicy. Relatively full body, especially as this is not junmai. Too sweet for me, and a bit simple, but ok.
