Clear light yellow to crystal clear water colored virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy rice, apple, apple peel. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple tart, apple skin - apple peel, apples, rice, light sharp.
