Pours almost colourless, no head. Aroma of strong yellow fruits, rice, mellow, very dry. Taste of dry mellows, very strong, rice, burning alcohol.

Bottle from the Whisky Exchange. Smooth earthy grainy beginning. Hints of alcohol, smooth mild fruit, The a bit rough grainy body is rich and fruity. Nice full and typical southern-Japan rich and grainy earthy Saké.

As Oita Shuzou Ten Onikoroshi Sake (brawn) 15.5% ,,, light yellow ... no head ... very earthy soft rice .. soft fruit ... light pineapple fruit nose .. thin body ... light open alcohol... little petrol like esters ... soft fruit .. fruity pineappple... tiny coconut husk .. light open alcohol finish
