Served Warm, poured from a bottle of 4-year old sake that had been aged at the brewery. Thus really a koshu, though not labeled as such. Oily and thick. Rich, deep nose, nice acid, booze, a touch of piss, raisins. Warm rice flavor, stone fruit, acid, yogurt, rice pudding. Nice warming koshu, though not too old or oxidized.
