720 ml bottle. 2014 vintage, aged a year at the brewery, it seems. Dry fruitiness with rice in the nose. Somewhat grainy, koji spice. Shiny, clear, slight yellowish tint. Peppery flavor. Fruity but in a subdued way. Rich, deep riciness. Full, lovely body. Somewhat classic tasting, mellow, rich, and deep. Fruity and somewhat sweet but finishes dry. Great stuff.
