This unpasteurized stunner has a hint of dryness on the finish that pairs beautifully with an array of cuisines. enjoy the smooth palate and crisp finish. Sunflower yeast gives a rounded flavor you won’t soon forget.

Pour at Komachi. Rich, ricey nose, with melon and ripe stone fruits, peaches. Sweet, but balanced, very fruity, estery. Rich and full
Pretty great.

Bottle at home, I’ve been neglecting my old friend sake in favor of other pursuits but today back in black. Yellowish pour, light nose of almond milk, florals, and rice. Tastes of almond, resin, floral, rice, honey dew, and grass. Thicker palate not quite as fresh as some Nama.
