Adding this sake was a challenge the name seems like one brewery but the back of bottle says otherwise perhaps Americanized label lost something along the way. Anyways light urine colored. Nose is bitter almond and rice. Tastes much the same of bitter almond skin, rice, grains, light coconut husk, melon, some alcohol. Fairly harsh palate and bone dry.
