Tender aroma from melon and white peach with a creamy and light sweetness. Brewed with yeast from the blossoms of abelia. Fine and long finish.
Rice: Yamada Nishiki, 40% pol.
Abelia blooms from summertime through the autumn. Sake made using yeast from this blossom is well-balanced in flavor and has a sweet, wine-like aroma we know you’ll love.

180ml Bottle from Ueno-Gourmet. Great floral nose, lots of flowery Abelia with pear and peach in the background. Smooth and floral-sweetish, still dry. Fantastic flowers, like sniffing in the Abelia flowers with hints of Peach and Pears in the background. Great deep flowery floralness, intense, hints of alcohol. Great fantastic depth and a long fresh and fruity aftertaste. Fantastic use of the Abelia-yeast together with a great Diaginjo with a smooth and clear rice body. Fantastic!
