300 mlf bottle from Rakuten in a set of 10 sakes from Shiga. Spicy koji nose with lots of ginjo-ka, pepper, cedar, apples. Clear with nmo color. Somewhat sweet and fruity, spicy too, with lots of koji, peach, apple. Medium, smooth body. Very nice, the junmai aspect gives it more fullness. Another good one from Mifuku.
