Süßer Geruch nach Reis und Sojasauce. Weiche holzige Noten von dunklen Früchten, Reis, Schokolade. Zunehmend süß, spät etwas Alkohol, Karamell, süffig. Voluminöser Nachhall. Sehr interessant! 10/11/12/12//12

Pours clear orange brown colour. Aroma of ripe red fruits, rice, wood, old mellow, some sugar. Taste of ripe red fruits, wood, ginger, mellow, strong alcohol note. Nice!

720ml bottle from Saké-Kontor, Berlin. My first aged Saké ever. Heavy rich nose of dark dried fruit, molasses, brown sauce, wood, not too sweetish. The Saké begins with a flash of hard to describe aroma. There is brown chocolate, molasses, brown sauce, wood, warming alcohol. The rice body is there, not really sourish but kind of \"un-sweet\". Extreme rich and deep. A brown-sauce - molasses aroma is dominating the picture, aged brown sauce, fermented raisins, rum. Fascinating aroma-profile, but really hard to rate and describe.
