Pours clear watery yellowish colour. Aroma of sweet melons, fresh yellow fruits. Taste of dry and strong melon aroma, quite fruit notes, a bit dry with a medium alcoholic burning finish.

Bottle from Saké-Kontor, Berlin. Fresh and crisp-neutral nose. Very clear. The Saké starts very clear, fruity with lots of aroma exploding in the aftertaste. Hints of alcohol, not extreme deep but very round and clear. Melon, peaches, very smooth. The aftertaste is very smooth, light fruity, very fragile. Crisp with a fragile sweetness, very round and clear, fascinating light and aromaful. Great!
