Cup at the 2016 Kyoto Nishonshu Jorei Summit. Yellowish-orange color. Never seen that before! Creamy yamahai nose with yogurt and acid. Creamy, acidic, citrus flavor. Tasty and interesting. Love these old-fashion yamahai junmai. This isn’t as good as some of the others in this series, but still a lot of fun.
