2-go served chilled in a glass vessel at Minoh Saryo kaisaki restaurant. Elegant nose, very floral, fruity, and spicy, citrus, pepper, cedar notes. Light but full, could not tell if it was junmai or not, as it was rather full for one that wasn’t. Lightly sweet, with a great peppery finish and no unnecessary booziness. Excellent.
