4 oz pour on draft at Isley. Plastic cup. Dark amber with beige head. Aromas of smoke, tobacco. Tastes of smoke, caramel, wood, toast. Medium body with a dry finish.

Draft at the source. Hazy to cloudy dark amber , thick beige head with good retention. Aroma of burnt pig and toasted wood. Tasty has bacon, meaty and chewy.

Draft: Distinct bacon nose, strong. Opaque rust, medium cream colored head. Smoke, bacon, ash, with subtle hints of cocoa. Very little carbonation, full body. Has some really nice qualities, but in the end I didn’t enjoy it all that much. I have an aversion to high gravity smoke beers.
