Ozeki has created another taste sensation that is one to experience! This sparkling nigori sake has an elegant sweetness with the calming aroma of koji (malted rice). No remnants of rice make this a refreshing change from other ‘cloudy’ sakes. Food pairing for vinegared appetizers and fish, whether raw, steamed or grilled. Sake Meter Value / Nihonshu-do: –30. Drank cold. The appearance of the liquid is opalescent, the color of barley water. The olfactory intensity is normal, and the olfactory persistence is sufficient. The taste on the nose recalls grass, milk and pear.
