Sparkling fun in a can-shake it up! “IKEZO”, a surprising sake-based sparkling jelly drink and a slight fizziness on the palate, has its own unique deliciousness along with supplements good for your skin. A sweet fruit flavor with exquisite refreshing acidity. PEACH has a mellow, sweet flavor with refreshing acidity and contains ceramide. Contains 400mg of “α-EG” (alpha-ethyl glucoside), one of the Umami components naturally produced in the brewing process, and it gives richness to sake. Recently, the research on the efficacy of α-EG for beautiful skin is underway, and it is said that α-EG has a moisturizing effect as element derived during sake fermentation. Food pairing: enjoyed as a dessert. Enjoy the springy texture and bursting bubbles of flavor! Serve chilled (40 - 50° F) and shake well more than 10 times before serving. Drank cold. The consistency is GEL, consisting of white peach pieces, and SPARKLING. The degree of transparency is almost total and crystalline. The olfactory intensity is high and the olfactory persistence is appreciable. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is grabbed by the fruity peach. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas traces vanilla. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of medium strength’s sake. The body is slender. The aroma is delicate. The taste intensity is normal, and the taste persistence is sufficient. On the palate it is rather sweet. The taste is pleasant. The final mouth sensations are of drinkable sake. The finish is simple. In the mouth the aroma returns perceptions of vanilla, white peach, melon, fruit and apricot.
